Terms & Conditions for Exchange
7-Day Exchange Request Window
In case an incorrect size is ordered, customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of order or delivery (whichever is earlier) by mailing us at sofiullajewellers2026@gmail.com or calling us at 9239741067 (10 AM to 7 PM). Our team will be happy to assist you through the process.
Review & Processing Standard
All exchange requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with company guidelines. Products submitted for exchange must meet inspection criteria.
Pricing & Rate Calculation
The final price of the exchanged item will be calculated based on the Order date metal and stone rates, along with applicable offers, if the request is raised within 7 days from the date of order or delivery (whichever is earlier).
Customers are eligible for only one exchange per order in cases of incorrect size. Multiple exchange requests for the same product will not be permitted.
Steps to Request an Exchange
- Contact our team via email or call within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order ID, product details, and the updated size required.
- Ensure the product remains unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
