Order Cancellation Guidelines
01.Customer Support Contact
Before initiating any cancellation request, customers are advised to contact our Customer Care team for any queries related to their online order by emailing us at sofiullajewellers2026@gmail.com or call us at 9239741067 (10 AM to 7 PM).
02.1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation Process
If a cancellation request is received prior to dispatch of the order, the order will be cancelled by the company and the applicable refund will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.
03.2. Post-Shipment Cancellation Process
If the order has already been dispatched, customers are requested to refuse the delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product at our facility, the item will be subject to a quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
